“BBQ BOX” Shish Tawook

Shish Tawook is a dish consisting of small balls of chicken seasoned in different ways. One of the most popular marinades is to marinate the chicken pieces in salt, black pepper, mustard, coriander, white pepper molasses, lemon and garlic for hours before grilling them over low heat for a moderate period. It is usually served with a garlic dip made from garlic powder, olive oil and a few boiled potatoes to reduce the pungency of the garlic.
